Rooms at the Hotel Madeline and The Peaks are sold out, but there are now rooms with conference rates available at the Mountain Lodge in Telluride.

To secure individual room reservations, please call the Mountain Lodge at Telluride Reservations Department (866-368-6867) between 8 AM-5 PM, Monday-Friday MST and mention the R2 Group.

Additionally, the hotel has set up a separate and private page on the Mountain Lodge Telluride website with the group rates for guests to reserve their rooms online. See instructions below.

ONLINE RESERVATION PROCEDURE

Step 1. Go to www.mountainlodgetelluride.com.

Step 2. On the first page, click on “Reservations.”

Step 3. Click on “Enter a Negotiated Rate” right below the calendar. This is very important prior to proceeding.

Step 4. Enter travel dates and number of adults

Step 5. Open special codes (+) and complete the group code with R2.

Step 6. Select "check availability" in the grey box to the right of this box (under the calendar).

Step 7. You will see Available Rooms and Rate; click Colorado Library Consortium to see the full list of rooms and rates.

You can now choose your room type and make your reservation.

The Inn at Lost Creek

There are a handful of rooms left at the Inn at Lost Creek, the sister property to the Hotel Madeline. It's a smaller boutique property, with a total of 32 rooms and just a short walk from Hotel Madeline, so great location and easy access to the Conference Center and all the activities in the Mountain Village and town. It's a different feel than the Madeline, with more of a mountain lodge décor. To make a reservation, call 1-866-475-4403 and mention R-Squared to receive the conference rate.
